You acknowledge and agree that by accessing or using the App, you are indicating that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Galaxy Developers regarding your use of the App.

2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 13, you may not use the App. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App.

2.2. Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2.3. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.

Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers or networks connected to the App.

Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Use the App to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, email addresses, or other user data.

Use the App to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "spam," "chain letters," or "junk mail."

3.1. Account Creation: You may need to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating your account.

3.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any other person. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3.3. Account Activity: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe it has been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

4.1. License Grant: By posting content on the App, you grant Friendsup a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your content in any media, whether now known or hereafter devised. This license allows us to operate and improve the App and to promote Friendsup.

4.2. Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post on the App. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post your content and that your content does not violate these Terms or the rights of others. Do not post content that is offensive, illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

4.3. Content Moderation: We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, remove, or edit user content at our discretion. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful or inappropriate.

Our Privacy Policy, available at Link, outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it to understand how we handle your data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

7.1. As Is Basis: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

7.2. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or expectations. We do not make any representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information or content available on the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Friendsup and Galaxy Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your access to or use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the App. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

Friendsup offers free access to schools and institutions with up to 500 students. However, the availability of features under this free plan is at the sole discretion of Galaxy Developers. We reserve the right to determine, limit, or modify which modules or functionalities are provided as part of the free offering. Any changes or restrictions to the feature set will be communicated in advance. Continued use of the app under the free plan indicates your agreement to these terms and any future adjustments we may implement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
